I’m not sure if I’m going to bother sending out Christmas cards this year. I haven’t bought any beautiful religious cards and our recent family photo attempts have been less than stellar. I don’t think I can even order custom cards at this point…unless I plan on mailing them out in January. I’ve been getting all these great professionally shot cards from my friends and family. These folks were able to find clean, matching clothes and all look at the camera at the same time. Meanwhile, we’re rocking the stereotypical homeschooler wardrobe (a.k.a. we’re free spirits who won’t be confined by trends or color or patterns or size). I wish I could pull something together at the last-minute that showcases my family, the majesty of the Christmas season and the reality of my life right now. Help me out; which one of these photo cards do you prefer? All feature the absolute best from our recent Thanksgiving family picture shoot…held in my parent’s living room and captured with my iPod. (Click on any to download your own blank copy…just in case you need a last-minute card too.)
1. The wreath; featuring 45% more smiles than dagger eyes.
2. Winter Wonderland; Fulton’s head disappeared in all the “excitement.” Edie is vaguely concerned.
3. The most wonderful time of the year; I’d say “Clearly”, but not with this soft focus nightmare.
4. Silent night, holy night; Teddy attempts to eat the camera and my face hurts. Byron finally doesn’t look like he’s got thug arms.
How about you just print the one you like the most and consider it my family’s card to yours! Merry Christmas!!
These are great, thanks for the cards! The Most Wonderful Time of the Year is my very favorite.
You are my favorite. That is all
don’t hate on thug arms.
Love it. Made my day!
You win Christmas Cards 2014. Hands down.
