{WIWS} Making A Bold Fashion Statement

Humor . What I Wore

I’m back for another installment of What I Wore Sunday. IĀ receivedĀ suchĀ positiveĀ feedback on my petticoat “experiment” last week, I couldn’t wait to post this weeks outfit.

afterlight

Blouse: Passed down from my great-grandmother.

Skirt: Hand sewn.

Shoes: Dr. Scholl’s

The hardest part about this weeks outfit was trying to take a picture that didn’t show off my ankles. Heaven’s knows there’s enough pornography on the world-wide web as it is. Trying to add a little decency and restraint is hard work, but I hope you’ll agree, the results are worth it!!

Be sure to stop by Fine Linen and Purple for all the other wonderful What I Wore Sunday links.Ā

Your blog is one of my absolute favorites!
(That’s as creative and eloquent as I can be on a Monday morning.)

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you…you crack me up and I really missed you over Holy Week. I didn’t realize how much your humor means to me. This morning when I checked my email and saw four posts, I was all like ‘YAY Kelly’s back!!’
And, by the way, I love the photo and restraint, after all, no needs any more inappropriate ankle shots popping up on the http://www... šŸ™‚
